Nestled within the picturesque Stewart Park in Marton, just outside of Middlesbrough, our purpose-built museum is situated near the very spot where Cook's birthplace cottage once stood. As you approach, you'll be greeted by the imposing presence of a traditional Nootka totem pole from Canada, standing guard at our entrance.
